Benchmarks reflect actual measured outcomes across efficiency and portfolio growth, segmented by company size. Annual management fee is assumed at $130/door for portfolios under 7,500 doors and $200/door for portfolios of 7,500 or more. Fully-loaded staff cost is assumed at $75,000/FTE. Your actual results will depend on platform adoption, team structure, and market conditions.
