How we calculate your estimate
Results are estimates modeled on benchmarks from hundreds of Vantaca customers tracked over a 3+ year period. Calculations are based on your doors under management and total headcount. Annual management fee is assumed at $130/door for portfolios under 7,500 doors and $200/door for portfolios of 7,500 or more. Fully-loaded staff cost is assumed at $75,000/FTE. Your actual results will depend on your team, your current tools, and how you deploy the platform.
